1. Introduction
By using the services provided by Prestige Auto Concierge & Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers engaging in our concierge and detailing services. For specific details regarding our service terms, cancellations, and refunds, please refer to the Service Agreement.
2. General Service Terms
2.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle at our discretion.
2.2. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when engaging in our services.
2.3. All services are subject to availability, and we may reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Concierge Service Terms
3.1. Customers engaging in our vehicle sales concierge service agree to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.

4. Mobile Detailing Subscription Terms
4.1. Customers subscribing to our detailing service agree to the terms outlined in the Detailing Service Agreement.
4.2. The detailing service includes a comprehensive interior, exterior, and engine bay detail.
4.3. Access to a running tap water supply is required for service.
4.4. Customers who subscribe to the Loyalty Plan (6-month or 12-month upfront payments) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined in the Detailing Service Agreement.
5. Payments & Refunds
5.1. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon service plan.
5.2. Monthly detailing subscription customers may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
5.3. Customers on a Loyalty Plan who cancel after the first two months will receive a refund of half of the remaining prepaid period. If canceled within the two month's, the two month’s payment is non-refundable, and a $200 cancellation fee applies.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1. We take all reasonable care in providing our services but are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or unforeseen incidents outside our control.
6.2. Customers agree that vehicle preparation, sales outcomes, and detailing results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific sale price or timeline for vehicle sales.
6.3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.
7. Amendments & Updates
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
7.2. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
